Each customer receives a personalized 3-hour delivery window the day before. If needed, drivers can call up to an hour before arrival to ensure convenience and minimize surprises.
All packing materials are removed and returned to our warehouse for proper disposal. If needed, our teams can assist in repositioning furniture within your home for a small additional fee.
Drivers can securely collect payment via cash or check upon delivery. We keep things simple and safe—credit cards are not accepted at this time.
